However, you need to understand that, should your therapist suggest that it is best for you to be alone; you must respect his/her recommendation and have him/her clarify that decision. Keep in mind that you are in control and feel free to have your request heard.

What if i can not go deeply enough? Most people can achieve a trance deep enough to allow for the process. A light hypnotic state may be sufficient to accomplish the goals of the session.
