PHONE SESSION POLICIES AND PROCEDURES |
These guidelines are in place to make your experience the most successful it can be!
NOTE for individual sessions: We will discuss your situation and issues before the hypnotherapy session begin. We may occasionally ask you short questions or prompt you for response during the session to insure you are not sleeping and remain in therapy. These actions will not adversely affect your session and in many cases may even enhance or deepens your hypnotic depth level. |
1) Be sure to pay for your session in advance. You may pay for you hypnotherapy phone session at our web site. Appointments will not be held without pre-payment. Be sure to call or email us to find the best time for your session.
2)You can listen to your session by telephone, or a phone headset so that your hands are free, a speaker phone or on your computer. Phone headset is preferred.
3) Please do not use mind altering drugs or alcohol at least 24 hours prior to your hypnotherapy phone session because these substances can affect you from becoming hypnotized or accepts suggestions.. If you are presently on any type of medication be sure to inform your hypnotherapist what it is and the condition it is being taken for.
4) Be sure that you will be undisturbed and relax for duration of approximately 60 minutes. Please choose an area where you can experience comfort when you are being hypnotized. You will need a place where you are fully supported no matter how deeply relaxed you become. Especially your neck and back areas. Most people enjoy using a reclining during hypnosis however any other sort of comfortable furniture can work.
5) Be sure you will not be distracted during the session. Please disable your cell phone, pager, call waiting, television or any other device that you think may disturb you. Also, make sure that other people will not enter the room during your session. It is best to have no time pressure, so make sure you have no further appointments. You may even want to place a sign on your door so as to not be disturbed during the session.
6) We encourage you to have your session in a private space, and ask that you request family or others sharing your living quarters to be quiet and to avoid entering the room during your session. It is important that you not be interrupted under any circumstances except genuine and serious emergencies.
7) Be sure pets need to be in another room or space during your hypnotherapy session including well behaved cats or dogs. Pets often make noise or otherwise demand other types of attention when their owners are in hypnotherapy session.
8) Your body temperature drops when you are in hypnotherapy. You will probably want to have a warm blanket nearby.
9) Be sure to take a bathroom break before your session begins!
10) Please be punctual in beginning your session. Those who do not call at the scheduled time or are not contactable if we are supposed to call you will still be charged in full for their session.
11) Clients are responsible for maintaining their own voice equipment such as telephones or computer. Our phones and computers are well maintained. We do not offer refunds for calls dropped or lost because of poor connections, low batteries, or any other condition on the client's end.
12) In the even that something should happen to the connection on our end, we will attempt to reconnect and continue immediately. If we are not able to, we will reschedule your appointment. This seldom happens.
13) We understand that circumstances might arise which would require you to change your appointment. In this case, please call us at the below number at least 24 hours in advance, and we will be happy to arrange another time for your session. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will not be refunded.
